THE HOGSHEAD TAPPER
is both a keg cooler and beer tapper capable of dispensing cold beer &/or chilled wine. This authentic wooden barrel dispenses beer and other beverages in a manner similar to the way it had been done hundreds of years ago.

Made from a 40 gallon aspen wood barrel, a 30 gallon liner is dropped inside the barrel and the cavity between the barrel and liner is insulated with a high density, closed cell polyurethane foam. The HOGSHEAD TAPPER can be ordered with one, two, three or four taps.

The HOGSHEAD TAPPER will accept internally a straight-sided ¼ barrel of beer or two 3 gallon kegs. Cider and other juices can be dispensed from a matched pair of reservoirs placed within the HOGSHEAD TAPPER. For multiple beverage dispensing, wine &/or beer can be drawn from external kegs and bag-in-box sources then pumped through a cold plate within the barrel thus allowing up to four different cold beverages to be dispensed.
